Accounting/Billing Clerk

We are currently seeking a full time Accounting/Billing Clerk to join our team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Posting of monthly bills and uploading to electronic billing software
  • Managing of accounts payable
  • Posting of disbursements
  • Assist in the opening of new files and conflict searches
  • General assistance to the Accounting Manager

Qualifications:

  • 1 – 2 years accounting experience
  • Legal experience preferred
  • Experience with electronic billing (Ledes files) as asset
  • Strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask
  • Proficiency in Excel
