Dot Wilkinson is an experienced civil litigator with a particular interest and specialized knowledge of personal injury claims in British Columbia.

Before entering the legal profession, Dot enjoyed a previous career in orthotics and medical administration at the major teaching hospitals in Ottawa, Toronto and Vancouver.

This work provided her with a strong foundation in which to analyze and assess injury claims and effectively communicate with the medical experts involved in her court cases.

Dot obtained her law degree from the University of Ottawa and was called to the Ontario and British Columbia Bars in 1996.

Since then she has advocated on behalf of plaintiffs and defendants for over twenty five years with her current practice devoted to insurance defence litigation.
