Shahhin Asiaee is a civil litigator whose practice focuses on insurance defence of personal injury claims arising out of motor vehicle accidents.
Shahhin graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from the University of British Columbia. She then moved to Australia and obtained her law degree from Bond University with honours.
She began her legal career working on personal injury claims arising out of motor vehicle claims on the Plaintiff side. Shahhin then made the switch to focus her practice to the defence of personal injury claims. This has given Shahhin the opportunity to see these matters from both perspectives helping her to achieve her client’s objectives.
When she is not representing clients, Shahhin enjoys travelling to new cities and loves exploring the food scene both abroad and locally. She also tries to maintain a healthy lifestyle by participating in various group fitness classes.
