Kelly is adept at managing complex litigation, including subrogated matters and disputes involving significant risk. She has represented client interests in the British Columbia Supreme Court and Provincial court, and has experience in alternative dispute resolution processes.

Prior to joining Lindsay LLP, Kelly articled at a regional full-service firm in Vancouver where she gained experience in a broad range of practice areas including estate, personal injury, construction and family litigation.

During her law studies, Kelly was an active member of Student Legal Services, providing legal services for individuals in need.
