Associate
Jojana Roth is an associate lawyer with Lindsay LLP. Her litigation practice focuses on insurance defence with an emphasis on property loss/subrogated claims, professional liability, occupier’s liability, product liability, motor vehicle claims, and personal injury. She has advocacy experience in the British Columbia Supreme and Provincial Courts, the British Columbia Civil Resolution Tribunal, and has represented clients in alternative dispute resolution processes.
Jojana works with her clients to drive disputes towards a realistic and practical resolution. A growing portion of her practice focuses on professional errors and omissions, primarily in the defence of dentists and dental professionals.
Jojana obtained a Bachelor of Arts from the University of British Columbia, a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Kent, and a Master of Laws from Osgoode Hall Law School, York University.
During her law studies, Jojana volunteered at Kent Law Clinic and in the Pro Bono Students Canada program, providing legal services for individuals in need.
Jojana joined Lindsay LLP as an articling student, and was admitted to the British Columbia Bar in 2021.
Out of office, Jojana enjoys playing music, skiing, travelling, and exploring art galleries.
