Hue’s practice focuses on insurance litigation matters with an emphasis on personal injury, motor vehicle claims, construction defects and property loss/subrogated claims. Hue has represented clients before the British Columbia Supreme Court and the Provincial Court of British Columbia.

Prior to joining Lindsay LLP, Hue practiced at a boutique litigation firm in Vancouver handling motor vehicle claims and general civil litigation matters. She also has experience in administrative law, and estate and strata litigation.

Hue graduated with a J.D. from the University of British Columbia. While at law school, she was a student clinician with the UBC Innocence Project, an organization that investigates claims of wrongful convictions. In addition, Hue acted as a research assistant for the FREDA Centre for Research on Violence Against Women and Children with Pro Bono Students Canada, a program that provides legal services free of charge to organizations and individuals.

When she is not in the office, Hue enjoys trying new recipes and spending time with her family.
