Hue’s practice focuses on insurance litigation matters with an emphasis on insurance defence, personal injury and motor vehicle claims.
Prior to joining Lindsay LLP, Hue practiced at a boutique litigation firm handling motor vehicle claims (defence) and general civil litigation matters. She also has experience in estate and strata litigation matters. Hue has appeared on behalf of clients in matters before the Provincial Court of British Columbia as well as the Supreme Court of British Columba.
During her law studies, Hue was an active member of the UBC Law Innocence, an organization that investigates claims of wrongful convictions. In addition, Hue acted as a volunteer research assistant for the FREDA Centre for Research on Violence Against Women and Children with Pro Bono Students Canada, a program that provides legal services free of charge to organizations and individuals. During her second year of studies, Hue completed her summer articles with the B.C. Ministry of Justice – Criminal Justice Branch in Dawson Creek, B.C.
When she is not in the office, Hue enjoys travelling, cooking elaborate meals and hiking.
