Heena Han is a civil litigator practicing general litigation, insurance defense, and plaintiff personal injury.  

Prior to joining Lindsay LLP, Heena articled at a boutique litigation firm handling insurance defence matters and general civil litigation involving personal injury, strata, property damage, construction, product liability, and motor vehicle claims. Heena has appeared on behalf of clients in matters before the Provincial Court of British Columbia as well as the Supreme Court of British Columbia. 

During her law studies at the University of British Columbia, Heena participated in the UBC Law Innocence project, an organization dedicated to absolving individuals from wrongful convictions, and the Law Students’ Legal Advice Program, dedicated to providing free legal advice and representation to clients who would otherwise be unable to afford legal assistance.  

When she is not representing clients, Heena enjoys singing with the Vancouver Pops Orchestra and Choir, travelling, and maintaining an active lifestyle via engaging in seasonal recreational activities.
