Vania M. Kim is a civil litigator whose practice focuses on resolving commercial and insurance disputes where motor vehicle, personal injury and other damages are at issue.

Vania is adept at assessing risks and creating appropriate strategies to minimize them throughout the dispute resolution process, whether at discoveries, in mediation or throughout trial. She brings an appreciation of the human element of practicing law to her relationships with our clients and their insureds.

After living in several major cities in the United States and Canada, Vania has settled into Vancouver life. She spends her spare time volunteering for several organizations, including the Canadian Bar Association and the BC Chapter of the Federation of Asian-Canadian Lawyers.
