Pat Armstrong, QC is one of the most experienced civil litigators at Lindsay LLP. Her practice is focused exclusively on defending the interests of individuals and companies against personal injury claims, with an emphasis on matters that involve complex issues such as traumatic brain injury, auto-immune diseases, psychiatric conditions, Family Compensation Act claims and U.M.P. arbitrations.

Pat has appeared before all levels of court in British Columbia. She is an accomplished trial lawyer, having represented client interests in jury trials and trials by judge alone.

A leader inside the firm and out, Pat dedicates a lot of energy to raising the level of professional excellence in the insurance bar. She has been elected to the executive boards of several respected legal associations and has presented countless continuing education seminars on their behalf, both nationally and internationally.

Pat has organized and participated in mentoring programs sponsored by professional organizations such as the Canadian Bar Association. She has also built informal mentoring relationships with many colleagues, enjoying the opportunity to share experiences among a diverse cross section of professionals.
