Kelly Rollins is an associate lawyer with Lindsay LLP. She defends the interests of insurers and their insureds in disputes involving property damage, personal injury and allegations of professional errors and omissions. A growing portion of her practice is focused on claims against dentists and dental professionals.

Kelly is adept at managing complex litigation, including subrogated matters and disputes involving significant risk. She has represented client interests in the British Columbia Supreme Court and Provincial court, and has experience in alternative dispute resolution processes.

Prior to joining Lindsay LLP, Kelly articled at a regional full-service firm in Vancouver where she gained experience in a broad range of practice areas including estate, personal injury, construction and family litigation.

During her law studies, Kelly was an active member of Student Legal Services, providing legal services for individuals in need. In her summers during law school and prior to starting her law studies, Kelly volunteered with the Access Pro Bono Society of British Columbia, a legal advocacy organization in Vancouver.

While not at the office, Kelly enjoys hiking in and around Vancouver, traveling and playing squash.
