Associate

Brian Cheng’s practice focuses on commercial, insurance, transportation, and injury litigation.

Brian enjoys the intellectual challenges of researching, identifying, and analyzing potential litigation risks. His expertise is particularly valuable when clients need a clear strategy to resolve complex disputes, whether through mediation or at trial.

Brian’s risk mitigation skills extend to his life outside the office too. He has volunteered as a leader with Scouts Canada for many years, and he has served as the Deputy National Commissioner for Safety and taught first-aid training courses to Scout leaders.

Before joining Lindsay LLP, Brian went to law school and practised in Seattle, Washington, in the areas of commercial litigation and personal injury. He is the first lawyer at Lindsay LLP licensed to practise in Washington State.
